Expenditure Search

This section searches uploaded vendor expenditure reports for FY 2018, FY 2019, FY 2020, FY 2021, FY 2022, FY 2023, and FY 2024. Fiscal years run from July through June, so FY 2022 = July 2021 through June 2022. You can filter by fiscal year, vendor name, description, department, invoice number, invoice date, activity date, and amount. Department is now a dropdown, and any blank departments are grouped under General Fiscal Court Department. The total shown below adds up the lines currently visible in the results.

For split invoices, each accounting distribution line is searchable and included in the total shown below.
